Who’s the king of the undead? I want to chop off his head. Who’s the king of the undead? I want to chop off his head. Sometimes it’s hard to be a law abiding man. Sometimes it’s hard to be a law abiding man. You know the king of the undead, well he’s got minions, they’re out there killing, aint got no concience. Aint got no law, and their souls are dead. Aint got no law, and their souls are dead. You know the king of the undead, he’s out for profit. He’ll rape, treat you like garbage. His own allegiance. He thinks he’s god in his own illusion. He thinks he’s god in his own illusion. But I won’t bow my head to the king of the undead. No I won’t bow my head to the king of the undead. I’ve got my law, and I’m a biding man. I’ve got my law, and I’m a biding man.

Hunter 05:44
I pulled my string, though I held no mark, I stood poised and ready. From beyond the veil I watched, and though many came, I never let fly, my weapon held steady. Hunters hunted, some would comment, “Is he hunter? Why does he not kill then?” While I aged they said, eat, you grow thin. I said for this I am not hungry. Then late one moonlit evening. I had a vision, or maybe death, or just dreaming. I saw my mark from beyond the veil, tasted victory but an untried hand will often fail, my shot went wild and the kill was left standing. I saw my companions, the hunters, take aim, at what to them was just another kill, with practice and taut release it fell. Each shot merging and dying. The mark was no longer unknown, from beyond the veil, but an entity spread out and encompassing. In my time as hunter. Reminded of the lessons of release and to kill and plunder. Then I felt root, tasted water, was the flower. I knew blooming and wilting. When I awoke, it was with body and with voice. Good for moving and to sing. All the while, reminded of my time as hunter, while paralyzed in a perfect stance waiting for plunder he says, “I don’t need your love, you’re not worth my art.” And stands there poised with his string. "I don’t want your love, you’re not my mark.” While he waits in his perfect stance at the ready All the while, reminded of the flower, the lessons of root and release, the song and shower, where he says I’ll move for you, let go, my mark, you feed me well, I’ll bloom and I’ll sing. I shoot for you, my root my mark, I’ll feed you well, I’ll bloom and I’ll sing. Where it blossoms it is spring. Where it blooms there is hunting. Where it flowers someone pulls a string. In their release there is merging.

I jumped cause I thought that I could land safely And I fell down when I crossed, cause I was too hasty Up ahead I was lost, when the ground came up and ate me It was nobody’s fault, but I didn’t want to blame me So I pointed a finger at my lot and the law on down to all the demons that would chase me around, all around, and on my way down, my own way down Drank whiskey for my pain, cause then life was good and easy But then something would nag and pull at the back of my train, and I end up drowning myself in some pity laze around for a day maybe two, but then end up getting kind of angry Take it out on some damn fool who thought that he was better than me and I’d point my finger and yell about my lot and the law on down to all the demons that chased me around, all around, and on my way down, my own way down Woke up and was sore in the jaw, with some feeling but I couldn’t name it Ground was wet with thaw of a winter where spring hadn’t came yet self satisfied smile, I could show them all, cause I had a train to catch I jumped cause all of them thought that I would never make it No one to hear the train whistle call in the early morning where an unmarked grave was set around, all around, and on my way down, my own way down Stuck with all the ghosts that wander around and the demons that had chased him wait to claim those with minds fraught and unsound, make use of their anguish or those with cravings for power and greed for more ground, we can just call them all politicians when they have everyone else to fault, as long as they get to hold on to all of their pieces hide in their ledgers and inside of the law on down to the demons that possess them around, all around, and on their way down, their own way down

Glory Be 03:32
In the cold rain coming down And a ground that’s wet with leaves fallen Into that well I drown With eager eyes that wait with longing To frame that picture lest my senses run aground I must commence with drawing Or swallowed up in the sounds Enter my harmony my calling We Sing Ohh, Ohh Ohh Glory be To know that I’ve got friends around Feels like a family gathering To find teachers who would raise my ground And guideposts on a path to keep walking There’s a lover here to wrap around A depth and light that’s always shining Swaloowed up inside the sounds Enter my harmony my calling My fate and choices this time and place the puzzle that I found All the pieces that I’m gathering Get that put together and for a moment feel proud Before the next one goes scattering It may be a summer season or like this cold rain coming down Sometimes the yoke, sometimes the ox, sometimes the one who’s driving Swallowed up inside all the sounds Enter my harmony my calling

Inside of me, a song of leaves and wind, of romance and a river’s winding ways. A troubadour with tales of fated meetings and missed chances, of fall and lost friends and memories. If I’ve done wrong, if I’ve caused you any harm, let me say again I’m sorry. But I’ll still walk, make mistakes and move along, cause I’m not one to hold on to regretting. Sometimes a home has a lonely haunting feel, another time it will buzz electric with magic in the air. Sometimes a mind plays tricks, another time it reveals the many mirrors where I like to turn and stare. Where I can see myself as a large imposing man, with long pockets and a gentleman’s tweed coat. I see myself as a small man with hungry, reaching hands grasping at a world made of smoke. Sometimes I tell a lie and say a things ok, though it eats at me and festers in my heart. I find that thoughts can be weapons in their own way, intent to find an end to that which they would start. And on which side I stand, my triumph or defeat, typically I’m none too proud. But if from an empty hand, it’s fate that pulls to meet, I find I learn my own true ground. . So if there’s a song of wind in leaves and romance, a rivers depth and winding ways. It’s not me, or if it is it’s only happenstance, just another voice inside the play. So if I’ve done wrong, if I’ve caused you any harm, let me say again I’m sorry. But I’ll still walk, make mistakes and move along, cause I’m not done with learning or forgetting. There’s a love and gratitude to call my home, And it’s to that place I’m headed I’ll still walk make mistakes and move along With one sun rising and another setting

Honeysuckle, summer rain, it’s just a storm passing through these days are good and long, Clara June, may yours be too Though there’s gray clouds and thunder to boom I see a ray of sun peeking through Wedding vows and baby clothes, swaddled white, pink and blue though there’s this house we raised you in, Clara June, we’re children too who weather the storms and thunder to boom we bask in the sun, and sing to the moon give our love, give our love, give our love, we sing to you if they push and shove, act not with love, Clara June, embrace them too while they’re in the storm with thunder to boom you be a ray of sun peeking through while they’re in the storm with thunder to boom you be a ray of sun peeking through
